Please read through these terms and conditions before applying to become a Stockist with Sweetheart Creative. You will be required to agree to these T&C’s as part of the application form.
Once you have read through you may apply for a wholesale account with us (Sweetheart Creative) by filling in the WHOLESALE APPLICATION FORM .
1. QUALIFYING FOR WHOLESALE
a. To receive wholesale pricing, an initial order of $250 is required (wholesale pricing, includes GST, excludes shipping)
b. The minimum amount for following orders is $100 (wholesale pricing, includes GST, excludes shipping).
c. Wholesale prices apply to registered businesses only and we will require your ABN as part of your application. We will not accept applications from customers looking for wholesale prices for personal use.
d. Wholesale rates are not available on custom designs.
2. WHOLESALE PRICING AND PAYMENT
a. Prices as listed in the wholesale catalogue
b. Payment upon ordering – using paypal or afterpay.
3. SHIPPING
a. 5-10 business days turn around, if for reasons out of our control the turn around will be longer we will communicate this to you ASAP
b. Shipping will be at a Flat Rate (to be determined when application is processed) using Sendle.
c. No PO Box addresses accepted
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
a. Sweetheart Creative cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged mail once it has left our care.
b. If your order arrives damaged or for some other reason you may wish to return your order please contact us within 72 hours with photographs and descriptions of the damage or the reason for wishing to return.
c. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we may process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.
d. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
e. Refunds and replacements will not be offered if the customer
i. simply changes their mind
ii. decides they do not like the purchase
iii. decides they have no use for it
iv. damages the goods by not handling carefully
f. Exchanges, replacement products and refunds are made at the discretion of Sweetheart Creative.
